jus now chat with veron on msn, so happy!
after much thinking, why do people only miss someone when the someone isn't with them anymore?
first, there's heiman. then richelle. then ruth. now veron. why is it that you'll only miss the person when the person goes away. *scratch head*
i think it's the mentality that says, "aiyah, stay so near only. wanna meet can jus call her mah."
tt's the mentality that makes us forgot the importance of a simple friendship.
it's time to care more about the people around us! =)

Cool on Wheels - A community integration project
Over the past 2 years, Spaces Community has been involved in numerous community projects with ‘differently-abled’ people. Being different does not mean socially unacceptable. At Spaces, we believe that everyone is special and different. Whatever you are, we believe we can still live and play together, and work towards a common good.
Our next project welcomes anyone to have fun on wheels. Many of us are familiar with basketball games. However, not many have tried using a wheelchair. What about playing basketball in wheelchairs? Are you game? Winning team will roll away a cool cash prize of $1,000 and another $1,000 will be donated to any charity of you choice.
Spaces Community has initiated and sponsored all prizes for the ‘Wheelchair’ category. Draw & Dish will sponsor the registration fees of $70 for the 1st 10 teams that registered for the games.

Wheelchair-basketballers from HWA train twice weekly at United World College (located at Dover Road) and will be pleased to coach you for free. If you require, wheelchairs will be provided for your training with HWA and for the games.
Take this opportunity to have a new start for 2007, meet new friends, learn new skills and have fun on wheels!
Anyone keen to go for a tryout?

Score - Love Language
4 - Words of Affirmation
8 - Quality Time
2 - Receiving of Gifts
8 - Acts of Service
8 - Physical Touch
How to interpret your Profile Score:
Your highest score indicates your primary love language. Your second highest score indicates your secondary love language. If two scores are identical, you are bilingual (you have two primary love languages). If the scores of your primary and your secondary language are close (for example, 10 & 9 respectfully), it indicates both are important to you. Whatever a significant other does to express love in either of these languages will get emotional points with you. The highest possible score for any language is 12.
Having a clear picture of your primary & secondary love languages will explain much of your past behavior. Think back over the past and ask yourself "What have I most often requested from significant others?" Chances are your answer will lie within the scope of your primary & secondary love languages. You have been requesting that which would meet your deepest need for emotional love.
IMHO (In My Honest Opinion)
The results shows that I am trilingual, and I enjoy spending Quality Time doing Acts of Service and Physical Touch. How true!
Actually, I do like Words of Affirmation and Receiving of Gifts too!

went to mera prime @ tiong bahru on sat for veron's farewell party and the bball girls went too as jomel actually planned for it as the bball girls gathering, so we kinda combined the two together.
it was fun meeting up with the girls but i was in autistic mood and stuck to zuz most of the time, especially after i went out to buy some stuff with ter and zuz. perhaps i haven't warm up yet...
i actually met up with zuz at 2.45 (i'm late for 15mins) at sembawang mrt first then took the train down and we talked alot alot on our trip down, then we reached there and meet veron, ter, veron's di and shiva...
zuz and i bought mac and went to the condo to eat. the stupid lift damn slow lor, i wonder wat was the programmer of the lift thinking when he designed the software. -_-"" i nearly wanted to climb up 23 storey high, george would secretly wish that i did that instead of waiting for the slow lift.
after we went up to the unit (finally!), saw poor rainie being lock at the balcony and rainie is as ke ai as ever. ate our mac and went to play tennis, it was so much fun! but my whole right hand is still aching now from the lack of warm up, george even suggest that i had tennis elbow! haha… i sucks big time, my ball was so high and went out of the high fence a few times and we keep shouting to the people outside to help us throw back the ball! so funny lor!
then evon was the first to arrive! then joanne, joey, jomel, wen juan all came too... the nostalgic feeling came back as i remembered how hard we trained and fought during our days back then...
too bad pat & ruth weren't around. then we had bbq and lionel came real late, so late that shiva as gonna leave when he came.
the view at the sky garden @ 36 storey high is breathtaking. kinda wish that george is around then i can kiss him with the top of the world feeling! *giggles*
the weather wasn't that gd and it kinda drizzle on and off. but we were lucky that it's jus light drizzling instead of shower.
my mood really dampened when i was complaining about having no idea on how to celebrate my 21st birthday and zuz had to hit me with the news that he'll be at india. i was like WTF !!! veron isn't going to be around then he also not around. damn sad lor mi... they're my bffest BFF lor... @#$%^&
heaven likes to make sport of people.
anyone has any idea of how to celebrate a different kind of 21st? and i mean surpise kind of special and not the shocking kind. i guess i need to watch more party planner with david tutera.
